Unlike traditional systems—where storage and access depend on backend control or static ACLs—Subskribo ensures that no party, including itself, can access sealed content unless contract-defined conditions are cryptographically validated. It's a bridge between privacy, automation, and legal enforceability, allowing critical data to move only when it should.

Multi-Layer Encryption & Conditional Access

Documents are encrypted client-side using layered envelope encryption. Decryption keys are derived only when contract conditions are satisfied—e.g., a verified death certificate, a multi-party signature, or a time-based rule. Keys are never stored centrally, and content remains encrypted even to system admins.

Condition-Based Smart Contract Logic

Every vault and document is governed by a contract container schema. This schema is validated through modular chaincode on a permissioned Hyperledger Fabric 2.5x network. Events such as notary sign-off, SSO login, or external verification act as cryptographic triggers for conditional release. Example: an AI-generated work remains sealed until a notary signs the IP transfer, or a file releases to a beneficiary only upon death record verification.

Composable Identity Claim Validation

Subskribo integrates with existing identity trust networks—including eID providers, KYC systems, and decentralized ID (SSI) models. Identity claims can be layered, attested, and used to enforce logic such as: "Only users with government ID from Country X and signed consent from Party Y may decrypt."
